There is not enough space to describe the incredible that my family experience we had with Kennedy. Kennedy was helping us selling the property. he was holding our hand from begin of the sale through the date we closed the escrow. he has been with us with step by step and helping us how to present the property in the market including staging and decorating the house. He has also helped us to negotiate the price which meet our expectation of the price we want to sell. If I am either buy or sell the property, I will look for Kennedy's service again.

Kennedy was great to work with. He helped us get an even better financing offer than the already very good one we had - 3.5% 10/1 ARM -> 3.25% 10/1 ARM. He worked with the seller to get some repairs done quickly after the inspection report and kept on top of the process, so we closed in 34 days, despite the switch in lender and having to resubmit paperwork. He is full of energy and focused on making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible and both parties are happy.
