Kennedy Ngo is the Founder and CEO of 10X Realty Mortgage and a Top 1% Producer recognized by the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR). He has worked in personal finance and banking since 2001 and began working as a direct lender in 2003. His extensive financial knowledge helps him see the big picture and guide clients toward loan options suited to their individual needs.

Since earning his real estate license in 2012, Kennedy has helped thousands of clients finance, refinance, buy, and sell real estate. He achieved the distinction of #1 Top Producer at his company, generating more than $1 billion in sales. He currently holds real estate, mortgage, and insurance licenses.

Through his weekly television and radio show, “REAL ESTATE TODAY,” Kennedy has reached hundreds of thousands of people with a focus on educating and empowering consumers. His Ultimate Home Selling System is designed to make buying and selling real estate faster, easier, and more cost-effective.
